In this issue’s cover article, the Minnesota Department of Health surveyed workers in food and beverage service facilities to better understand their needs and behaviors. Specifically, the survey aimed to 1) assess how food workers want to receive food safety information, 2) better understand how they perceive inspections and their interactions with health inspectors, and 3) better under- stand employee illness reporting behaviors.
