article, “Rebuilding Caribbean Environmental Health Post-Crisis Programs: A Preliminary Study for Virtual Mentorship,” highlights the online mentorship program for newly hired and existing environmental health sta and leadership in Caribbean health departments that was developed by the National Environ- mental Health Association in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Preven- tion. The mentorship program provides a na- tional mentoring framework that can enhance the existing workforce and establish a pipeline for a strong future workforce. See page 8.
