Moisture Source Control б Water or moisture problem has been completely resolved б No active leaks, seepage, or condensation observed б No signs of recurring water damage б Humidity is within the recommended range (30–50%) б Materials and surfaces are dry.*

* Building repair and moisture guidance emphasizes returning materials to normal or pre-loss moisture conditions, comparing readings to unaffected reference areas, and confirming moisture stabilization over time An applicable reference is ANSI/IICRC S500 Standard for Professional Water Damage Restoration .

Mold Removal & Cleanup б Mold removal and cleanup activities are complete б HVAC system was inspected and cleaned, if necessary б No visible mold growth remains б No mold-damaged materials remain б No mold-related or musty odors detected Occupant Reoccupancy б No conditions remain that would support future mold growth
