Appendix C U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Registered Antimicrobial Products Effective Against Mycobacterium tuberculosis (TB) BODY ART ESTABLISHMENTs must use DISINFECTANT s that are effective against tuberculosis when disinfecting surfaces contaminated with blood or OTHER POTENTIALLY INFECTIOUS MATERIALS (OPIM) per section 8.1 of the BAMC. Only products registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are acceptable. A complete and regularly updated list is maintained by the EPA.
