One Health reporting system will allow pub- lic health practitioners and policymakers to better understand coccidioidomycosis trans- mission and then design interventions. Conclusion Based on publicly available data about drought-related public health concerns of air quality, water safety, WNV, and relative poverty, public health practitioners and policymakers in Northern Italy must further mitigate particulate matter pollution in the PRB. Similarly, public health practitioners and policymakers in the Western U.S. must mitigate the transmission and geographic spread of coccidioidomycosis in the CRB.
